What You Need

Pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie

cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese

Tbsp. flour

eggs

3/4

cup half-and-half

1/4

tsp. salt

1/8

tsp. pepper

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Divide pastry into 24 balls; press 1 ball onto bottom and up side of each of 24 miniature muffin pan cups.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, half-and-half and seasonings with wire whisk until well blended. Add to cheese mixture along with bacon; mix well. Spoon evenly into pastry-lined cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.

BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set and lightly browned.

Shortcut

Roll pastry to 10-inch square on lightly floured surface. Line 8-inch square baking dish with pastry, placing it across bottom and 1 inch up sides of dish. Pour egg mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set and lightly browned. Cut into squares.

Made these for NYE 2013. I used ham and swiss, probably filled them too full but they puffed up like a souffle :-) I would Definitely make these again!

I took the shortcut on this recipe and used a quiche pan rather than making individual servings. I barely got a bite to taste. Everyone kept asking me for the recipe and telling me how delicious is was. It was very, very easy to make and really fast since I skipped making individual servings. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very easy and everyone loved it...Try to thin the pie crust out a little more b/c it was a little too much.

This was very good.. It might sound weird but I usually make my quiche with graham cracker crust. It's so good.

This was so good! I made these for a shower and they disappeared within a few minutes! And I made a triple batch. I added green onion to mine to give it a little more flavor. I will be making these again soon!

OMG these is so good. I just made them for the first time and will make again soon. I did not have half and half so used milk instead. Still great!! Also, if you roll out the pie dough a little bit you can use a biscuit cutter for the crust and it works great.

I was tentative making this because I wasn't sure my children, hubby, or my friend's hubby would eat them. Turns out, everyone loved them, even my hubby who absolutely detests regular quiche. I didn't put green onions in, simply because no one liked them. Instead of cooking bacon I used bacon bits and it turned out great.. SO perfect. Oh, another small alteration, I also put in about a TSP of onion powder. I'll make them again for my daughter's bday party!!!

i made these for a party. they were fairly good, but i think the mini took away some of the "quicheness" of the quiche. maybe it was just mine, but i found them to be kinda dry. i will of course give it another try some time.
