I was tentative making this because I wasn't sure my children, hubby, or my friend's hubby would eat them. Turns out, everyone loved them, even my hubby who absolutely detests regular quiche. I didn't put green onions in, simply because no one liked them. Instead of cooking bacon I used bacon bits and it turned out great.. SO perfect. Oh, another small alteration, I also put in about a TSP of onion powder. I'll make them again for my daughter's bday party!!!
