  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add liqueur; mix well. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with berries just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

I made this cheesecake without adding the fruit and even without that extra flavor it was stil very good. This was the first time I've ever baked a real cheesecake so I was glad this recipe was so simple. Next time I will definetly add fruit and I'm sure it will be delicious. The only thing I didn't like was using the premade crust. I bought a crust to save time, but it never tastes very good or cooks properly. Next time I'll just make my own.
