Alterations Needed: Crust should be oreo cookie, plain cookie or pre-made cookie crust-NOT Graham. Even out semi-sweet chocolate chips flavor by increasing sugar from 1/2 cup to 3/4 sugar. Smooth out batter by adding 1/3 cup of sour cream. Then its delicious!

We LOVE this recipe adn we always double the chocolate chip (using the mini chips) and we melt some of the chips and cover it with melted chocolate that sets up when you fridge it... not too cheesecakey for those that don't love cheesecake and enough chocolate-y goodness to make your knees wobble and your belly screaming for a second piece! YUM!

My sister has a cookbook of just Philly cheese cake recipes and she made this one for Easter while I was home. I snagged myself an extra piece but before I could eat it someone else got to it instead. It was an awesome cheesecake and I am going to try and make it myself.

I love cheesecakes, and I love baking them just as much. I brough this to work and was actually embarresed at how bad it tasted compared to the recipe I usually use (philedelphia new york cheesecake).

I also made half of it without the chocolate chip for those who don't like chocolate chip like me and it is sooo good plain too, as good as Chocolate FActory, if not better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was delicious. This recipe was delicious. My husband raved that it was the best cheesecake he had ever eaten. I did sub the regular graham cracker crust for an pre-made OREO crust and it was fabulous. I am planning on making it again this weekend.
