  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  • Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Alterations Needed: Crust should be oreo cookie, plain cookie or pre-made cookie crust-NOT Graham. Even out semi-sweet chocolate chips flavor by increasing sugar from 1/2 cup to 3/4 sugar. Smooth out batter by adding 1/3 cup of sour cream. Then its delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this was a great recipe! this was a great recipe!! i didnt use as many choc chips but it was amazing!! thats my picture of the big one with the 2 smaller ones :) i used the 9 inch dish and it had just a bit left over, perfect for the mini pie crusts. big holiday hit at my house!!
