Looking for a special treat? One serving of this cheesecake is full of chocolatey flavor.
Omit crust. Line 8-inch square pan with foil. Mix 1-1/2 cups OREO Chocolate Cookie Crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Prepare cheesecake batters and layer over crust as directed. Bake and cool as directed. Cut into 16 bars. Makes 16 servings.
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and substituting 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the 2 eggs.

i made this for my son's birthday... i also used a regular graham cracker crust instead of a chocolate crust, PLUS upgraded it from "plain" strawberries to "chocolate-coated" strawberries (http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/chocolate-berry-treats-104539.aspx). it looked and tasted even better!!
I loved this cheesecake even better the 2nd day! Can't believe a cheesecake was this easy.
I personally did not like this cheesecake very much,however my boyfriend did. I mean for me the chocolate was just too much.
