  • Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    mine is in the oven right now. I bake it every Easter and i use double lemon juice and zest. I also add zest to the cool whip when i top it

    This is my go to "plain" cheesecake recipe. If I want "Lemon" cheesecake I top it with lemon curd and it is AMAZING. So fancy and yet so easy!
