PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP OREO Cheesecake Recipe

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. vanilla

2

eggs

6

OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped, divided

1

OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup cookies.

POUR into crust; sprinkle with remaining cookies.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.

My fiancee is not a fan of cheesecake or my baking. I made this for myself because I love cheesecake. Well he saw it when I was getting my first slice and commented he might try it. Well today he did and said it was the best he ever had and he loved it. Personally I was impressed with the taste with it not being store brought. Great simple recipe and oh so tasty.

Very easy to make. I added more oreo's than it called for to increase the sweetness. It tasted kind of sour to me when I first tasted the cheesecake mixture.

Great! I made this recipe two days ago, and now it's all gone! Such a crowd pleaser! I used grahm cracker crust instead of oreo, which was fantastic! :3
