What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. vanilla

eggs

cup finely crushed starlight mints, divided

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the crushed mints.

POUR into crust; sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the remaining crushed mints.

BAKE 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping and the remaining 1/4 cup crushed mints just before serving.

SO GOOD! Everyone loved this recipe. I fixed this for Christmas this past year, and it was a wonderful treat. Very easy to make and definetly worth the wait!

It had way to much peppermint. Perhaps the starlite mints are to be measured first and then crushed. A bit confusing but that is the only conclusion our family could come to.

I made this recipe this past christmas and everyone loved it. My seven year old just wanted more and more. I would definatly make this one again. :)

Excellent cheesecake!! Everyone who tried it absolutely loved it. They weren't sure how it would taste at first, but after the first bite they couldn't get enough of it!

I thought this might turn out a little too pepperminty for kids but it wasnt at all. It was delicious and definitely a holiday favorite from now on.

All of the Philadelphia 3-step cheesecakes are so easy! This peppermint cheesecake tasted wonderful and made the perfect holiday dessert. I will definitely make it again.

While I'm nearly certain I added a little too much crushed peppermint, this cheesecake was still wonderful for the holidays. It was refreshing and soothing after a big meal, complimented nicely by Extra Creamy Cool Whip topping. If you're looking for something that should be served in small portions (due to the peppermint AND the richness), that is festive, and that will impress, this is a perfect dessert!
