  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  • Pour into crust. Dot top of batter with preserves; swirl gently with knife.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate several hours. Serve topped with COOL WHIP and raspberries.

I always double the filling and put it into a springform pan with an oreo crust then I shave white chocolate on top. It's ALWAYS a HUGE hit! I'm asked for the recipe all the time. For the crust crush 2 1/4 cups oreos and mix with 6 Tbsp. melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Instead of using raspberries I used fresh strawberries. Instead of using raspberries I used fresh strawberries. I sliced them and let them sit over night in a strawberry glaze. When I made it I cooked the strawberries in the cheescake. It was the best I have ever had.
