What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4

cup drained canned sweet potatoes, mashed

1/2

cup sugar

1/2

tsp. ground cinnamon

Dash ground cloves

Dash ground nutmeg

1/2

tsp. vanilla

eggs

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

3/4

cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat first 7 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.

POUR into crust; top with nuts.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Drizzle with syrup just before serving.

My 13 year old daughter made this recipe for a contest and she recieved a blue ribbon. This is the best cheesecake we have ever eaten...I definitely recommend this recipe. It is quick and simple.

Last year I made 3 of this cheesecake. I also made the pumpking version just because I was afraid no one will eat the sweet potato. I was wrong they love it!!! I was invited to an early TGiving dinner and I have to bring my sweet potato cheesecake. I'm not good at cooking but this make me famous among my family/friends. Thanks!!

When I told my husband that this was "sweet potato cheesecake" he was a little cautious. When I gave it to him the next day, he ate two pieces. He said it was great, and it was!

This recipe is great. It was a hit with my family. Instead of the traditional sweet potatoe pie that we normally make every year during the holidays we have now decided to make this a new tradition. And this is coming from someone doesn't eat really enjoy cheese cake.
