Last year I made 3 of this cheesecake. I also made the pumpking version just because I was afraid no one will eat the sweet potato. I was wrong they love it!!! I was invited to an early TGiving dinner and I have to bring my sweet potato cheesecake. I'm not good at cooking but this make me famous among my family/friends. Thanks!!
