  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 3/4 cup chopped toffee bars.
  • Pour into crust; sprinkle with remaining chopped toffee bars.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

I revised this slightly by substituting 1/2 cup of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips & 1/2 cup of toffee chips for the crushed candy bar. I saved some of the toffee chips for garnish after I drizzled caramel syrup & chocolate syrup over the top. Simply wonderful & enjoyed by all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used an Oreo crust instead of the graham and it was very good. I used an Oreo crust instead of the graham and it was very good. Next time I would use more vanilla extract and a bit less of the toffee bits. I also just bought a bag of Heath bits rather than chop up the candy bars, which made prep very easy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy and yummy! Very easy and yummy! Instead of using candy bars, I bought a bag of toffee bits with chocolate, reserved 1/4 cup for the top and poured the rest of it in the cheesecake mix for more toffee flavor.
