  • Beat Neufchatel and 1/2 cup of the milk in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until well blended.
  • Add remaining 1-1/2 cups milk to pudding mix in separate medium bowl. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Add to Neufchatel mixture; mix well. Stir in liqueur. Pour into medium bowl.
  • Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. of the grated chocolate over pudding mixture; top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with remaining grated chocolate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

    Very easy and more elegant than the regular cup of pudding, pretty enough to serve to company. I made this with chocolate pudding mix and it was delicious.

    Basically just very good, very rich vanilla pudding. Next time I will do it in parfait style layer with some fresh strawberries on the bottom.

    This sounds DElicious! I'll be making a house out of chocolate covered graham crackers, making a removable roof, and filling it with this pudding for christmas. ..maybe for thanksgiving as well! I can't wait to try my idea and this recipe!
