This dip looked 'questionable' to me but I had the ingredients and decided to give it a shot. We inhaled it. It didn't last 10 minutes in our house. Only changes I made: I used prepackaged chicken strips which I diced and browned in a pan (because I don't like the microwaved texture of chicken) and I put this in the oven instead of the microwave. I also added a bit more hot sauce (Franks Red Hot). We ate this with tortilla chips but it would be great on just about anything! Perfect for a potluck or party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh man, this is so good! Oh man, this is so good!! I've never used the pre-packaged chicken, but I'm sure that makes it even more convenient. I make and use chicken breast so much for different meals, that I just save some back in a tupperware, pour in the wing sauce, take the chill off in the microwave, then pour it over the creamcheese. I took leftovers to work, and people actually thought I was eating healthy when they saw the celery! Haha!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I could not find either of the suggested chicken products, so I bought a boneless chicken breast,... I could not find either of the suggested chicken products, so I bought a boneless chicken breast, pounded it and grilled it myself. Then I chopped it. I also made it ahead of time, kept it covered in the fridge over night and stuck it in the microwave right before we left. It was really very easy(even easier if you can find the prepared chicken) it was delicious with the wheat thins! YUM I would make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good. Very Good. I used can chicken which is much easier and tastes fine. I added a little more wing sauce then recipe called for to give it a better buffalo flavor.I also subsituted a layer of ranch dressing over the chicken and sauce layer and then put shredded cheddar over that and heated for 10 minutes in the oven till throughly warmed. Served with Tostito scoops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from made this for a playgroup and everyone really liked it.I don't like blue cheese so I mixed ranch... made this for a playgroup and everyone really liked it.I don't like blue cheese so I mixed ranch powder in with the cream cheese layer.I probably wouldn't use the whole package of ranch the next time as it was a little strong.Still good.Didn't want to use liquid ranch b/c I thought it would be too runny mixed with the buffalo sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and delicious! Easy and delicious! This recipe is much better looking and tasting than buffalo chicken dips I've had in the past with canned chicken. I normally make this dish ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to microwave.I also boil a boneless skinless chicken breast in chicken stock then cut/shredded it myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is AWESOME! This is AWESOME! Everyone at worked loved it, so I have made it many times. I use baked chicken instead of packaged and more green onion and blue cheese than the recipe calls for. Actually, everyone here loves to eat it cold! It has become my most requested dish! IT'S SO GOOD!!!!!!

I took this recipe to a party even though I had not made it before and it was a huge hit! I doubled the recipe and used Frank's Red Hot Wing sauce. I also baked it for 30-35 minutes instead of using the microwave. Everyone raved about it! I will definitely make this again!
