You also need to be sure you use Philadelphia brand. I have tried some recipes with the store's brand and they flopped. Even the good magazines like Bon Appetite say you have to use the Philadelphia cheese.

I made this for the book club meeting and all the ladies gave it two thumbs up. Also, I used Philadelphia Creme Cheese; not low fat or fat free. We wanted all the fat. LOL...
