What You Need

oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Tbsp. sugar

square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1/2

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

OREO Cookies

Make It

BEAT first 3 ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHP.

PLACE 1 cookie on bottom of each of 2 paper-lined muffin cups; top with cream cheese mixture.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours.

Special Extra

Dust surface of chilled cheesecake with unsweetened cocoa powder just before serving. Top with heart-shaped stencil; dust with powdered sugar. Remove stencil.

They tasted pretty good. I did 2 dozens of these, but they didn't turn out as firm, even after being in the fridge for a day. They didn't look very appetizing but they did taste delicious. I crushed up the oreos and added 1/3 cup of butter to make a crust.I would make again but not too soon.

This was pretty easy to make. But, I had a terrible time mixing it with a wisk, it got all stuck in the wisk. It came out nice and smooth when I switched to the electric mixer.

This was sooo good and very easy! I made it for my husband for Valentine's day and I tripled the recipe and made some plain with oreos, mini chocolate chips and chocolate chocolate chip. He loved them! I will def make again!

This is a great recipe. It is very delicious and perfect for a dinner for two. I use double stuffed oreos. I also sometimes add chocolate chip or crushed oreos into the filling. I've also ommited the chocolate and added vanilla and chopped strawberries. It is a great as a base recipe for creating other types of mini cheesecakses.

i doubled the recipe and crushed the cookies. this dessert was great & so easy.
