This frosting is soooo delicious and soooo easy... I made it for a carrot cake, it was awesome, thanks to this incredible frosting!

What You Need

1
pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4
cup  butter or margarine, softened
1
tsp.  vanilla
1
lb.  powdered sugar (about 4 cups), sifted

Make It

BEAT cream cheese, butter and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

ADD sugar gradually, beating until well blended after each addition.

Note
Recipe makes enough to fill and frost 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers.
Cooking Know-How
Sifting the powdered sugar before adding to the cream cheese mixture makes a smoother frosting.
Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting
Prepare as directed. Stir in 1/2 cup toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut.
