Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was great. This recipe was great. They were so simple to make. The only thing was there was more cream cheese filling for just three or maybe I didn't put it on thick enough. My friends young children wanted even more and they're really picky. The only thing different I added was sharp cheddar and made a couple rolls with whole wheat tortillas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love any form of tortillas and cream cheese rolled up! I love any form of tortillas and cream cheese rolled up! This one was different from what I have tried before. The refried beans and cilantro were a nice way to make this a Mexican-style dish. I made these for a work potluck but my kids didn't want me to bring them to work after trying a sample! They were a hit!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, though I took the suggestions from comments and altered it. Very good, though I took the suggestions from comments and altered it. I added taco seasoning to the cream cheese, substituted green onions for the cilantro, and sprinkled sharp cheddar cheese as well. After eating it once cold I tried heating it in my toaster over- fantastic! Will make again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from yummy! yummy! I added 3 T of taco seasoning to the cream cheese mix. Also, I put the cream cheese mix down FIRST, then the beans. Much easier to spread. We served it with a pineapple chipoltle salsa. The sweetness of the salsa was a great contrast!

I also add taco seasoning to my cream cheese like many others do. I also use several different tortilla wraps (spinach and sun dried tomato) to give my platter lots of color.
