This herb dip is a classic. Our dill-and-cucumber dip gets its creamy texture from your choice of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese or Neufchatel.

PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
, softened

cup finely shredded
cucumber
, well drained
1/2
cup
KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2
tsp.
dill weed
1/2
tsp.
lemon juice
1/4
tsp. minced fresh
garlic
1/4
tsp.
salt
Make It
MIX
all ingredients until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE
at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Special Extra
Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers and fresh vegetable dippers.

Too much dill is called for, but it's good. I'll just cut back on that particular herb next time.

I made this dip for several occasions. Very light and goes perfect with spicy potato chips!

I made this recipe to serve as a sandwich. I made shaped bread to put the dip on. Everyone loved the dip and wants the recipe. Thank you love the site and books.

Very easy to make. Just make sure that the shredded cucumber is drained well before adding to mixture.

Wonderful dip! Had fresh cucumbers and dill from my garden and was thrilled to be able to use it! Tasty and easy to prepare. Thanks a million for something different.

This was a very tasty and easy dip. Nice flavor. We served it with crackers, veggies, and tortilla chip scoops. I didn't have enough time to chill for the time required, and it still turned out just fine.

Made this recipe last Christmas for a friend as part of a gift and she loved it. It is very refreshing, my husband even loved it. I believe I used parmesan cheese instead and that was just as good.
