I have made this recipe many times, including delivering one to my boyfriend in a pizza box once (he is now my hubby of 17 years!). Now unfortunatly we are both type 2 diabetics. So here are the changes I have made that let us enjoy this still from time to time. First for the crust, take a refrigerated pie crust and roll it out on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake until golden, remove and let cool completely. After I beat the cream cheese, I beat some cream and fold them together and sweeten with artificial sweetner (I use Splenda). Then I use all fruit apricot jam rather than the one with sugar in it. And I paint it ont he fruit with a pastry brush, so they all shine! It make a beautiful dessert to see and taste! Everybody loves it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of the most popular dishes that I make. This is one of the most popular dishes that I make. I make it for the 4th of July, Memorial Day and sometimes just for dinner company. It is always gone when my guests leave. I don't always use all of the fruit shown, sometimes I just use blueberries or strawberries and it is still a hit! Fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So versatile. So versatile. I skip the preserve glaze and change up the fruit each time. Once we used apples and caramel sauce on top. This time I used lemon extract and Pineapple chunks, mandarine oranges, blueberries and strawberries. A garnish of whip cream-YUMMY!

I make this using Crescent rolls pressed into a pan with a sprinkle of cinn/sugar on the dough before baking. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, lemonaid or Tang mix to the cream cheese, spread,THEN cut into pieces before I sprinkle the different types of fruit I have decided to use for the day. I also make a veggie version, omit the cinnamon sugar, mix in a package of taco mix (Ranch, onion soup mix, your choice)with the cream cheese and add small bite size pieces of veggies. I never have left overs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The taste was wonderful! The taste was wonderful! This recipe was really frustrating to me the frustration laid in the crust. I made two and they both looked terrible(nothing like the picture)the first one was way to thick, and the second broke in pieces. I had planned on taking one to a baby shower but left them at home for my family. The kids tried one but the other one was wasted. Maybe I was just too impatient, I may try again at a later date. It did taste fine though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for an early 4th of July picnic. I made this for an early 4th of July picnic. I made a flag (rectangle) out of the pizza instead of a circle. I did not slice the cookies out. I just spread the cookie dough out on a pan with clean fingers. I used blueberries for the stars and strawberries for the stripes. I, like others who rated, skipped the apricot preserves. Everyone who tried it really enjoyed it and asked about the recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have made a fruit pizza similar to this one. I have made a fruit pizza similar to this one. I use the sugar cookie dough roll let soften and spread over pan and bake. Then I mix the cream cheese with a small jar of marshmallow cream instead of the sugar and vanilla. Then use assorted fruits. My favorite is to use, strawberries, kiwi, mangos, bananas and pineapple. It's a great hit with everyone.
