    These are great for a summer party, everyone loved the pineapple Philly!

    very easy, but crackers got soggy the first time I made them. The next time, I prepared everything first then assembled right before serving. The strawberry cream cheese works well too! I topped some with sliced banana and some with fresh berries! a dallop of cool whip couldn't hurt either!

    I couldn't find the pineapple cream cheese at my local store, so I mixed Neufchâtel cheese with crushed pineapple. It cut back on the fat and was still delicious!
