PHILADELPHIA Garlic & Herb Dip

Take advantage of summer’s bounty of herbs by blending fresh basil, parsley and chives, cream cheese and garlic into an easy appetizer dip.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Tbsp. milk

Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil

Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

clove garlic, minced

Make It

MIX cream cheese and milk in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.

ADD basil, parsley, chives and garlic; mix well. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables or NABISCO Crackers.

This is a great recipe. For those who do not like basil, try dill instead. I made one of each dill and basil at my party. There was none of either dip left by the midpoint of the party. My warning if making this for a party, make plenty, it goes fast.

Excellent and sooo easy!! I didn't have the fresh herbs so I used dry instead and I also used two garlic cloves. Will definately make again!
