    Quick and easy but so delicious. Took it to my office and no one ever heard of Hot Pepper Jelly but loved it. It will be a staple at work and for home entertaining.

    Sweet and spicy combo. I sometimes make this in smaller quantity for a light snack. I made it once with raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce (more of a fruit sauce than a barbecue sauce) and it was great too. I've also found an Apricot Mango chipotle "barbecue" sauce that works well too!
