  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; spread into greased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Add sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls over brownie batter; swirl with knife.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting to serve. Keep refrigerated.


For best results, do not use brownie mix with a syrup pouch.

Special Extra

Sprinkle 1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks over brownie batter before baking.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

    This is one of the best recipes iv'e ever made. Will make this again.

    The recipe was completely delicious. The family enjoyed it greatly. The only problem that we had with it was that the recipe calls for a 35-40 min bake time, but the middle was still very gooey and oozed when we finally cut into the center. I ended up adding an extra 30 minutes to make sure it was fully cooked. Uncertain why this occurred but praying it will be better next time :)
