  • Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min. or until tender. Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.
  • Add cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mash potatoes until smooth, gradually adding milk.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.

Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Made this for my wife's birthday and she said she could have licked the pan. I used 1/3 fat free cream cheese and 1% milk. Also, they tasted like twice baked potatoes because I made them earlier in the day, them popped them in the oven at 350 for an hour before eating. Delicious
