Fat free cream cheese replaces the usual butter in these creamy, cheesy mashed potatoes.

What You Need

lb.  baking potatoes (about 4), peeled, quartered
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2
tsp.  onion powder
1/2
tsp.  salt
1/4
tsp.  pepper
1/2
cup  fat-free milk
 Paprika

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min. or until tender. Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.

ADD cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mash potatoes until smooth, gradually adding milk.

SPRINKLE with paprika.

Make Ahead
Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika.
