Made this for my wife's birthday and she said she could have licked the pan. I used 1/3 fat free cream cheese and 1% milk. Also, they tasted like twice baked potatoes because I made them earlier in the day, them popped them in the oven at 350 for an hour before eating. Delicious
I prepared the mashed potatoes and love how good they taste. Im thinking that nextime I wont use so much cream cheese Though.
