What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (4 oz.) smoked salmon, chopped

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/4

cup chopped red onions

Tbsp. dill weed

WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

Make It

SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

TOP with layers of all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.

SERVE with the WHEAT THINS.

We love this dip! I've actually never layered it, but always just mix it all together (makes an easy recipe that much easier!). I use a can of regular salmon and add liquid smoke. I've also used red, white or green onion and it doesn't seem to make much difference, although I think I prefer the green onion the best.

This dip tastes awesome and is easy to make. I took it to a New Years Eve party and it was a big hit. Even my husband that doesn't like or normally eat salmon loved it.

I made this tip one time, and have made it for every special occasion ever since. My mother-in-law looks for any reason to have it! Very easy and delicious with any kind of cracker.

My family loved this recipe. We even used some of the dip to put on our homemade Succhini burgers. Thank you for the recipe. It was easy to make and I will incorporate it into our regular Burger night.

fabulous dip! it was gone within minutes! I've also added a few capers on top of the sourcream. I used fat-free cream cheese and fat-free sour cream to save out calories, and it tasted outstanding! Guys did not even notice that fat was missing. Will make it again!

It is a great snack dip for Rachael Rays ritz crackers. I would make them again.
