I mixed all the ingredients together rather than layered and served with plain bagel chips for brunch with family. They fought over the last morsels in the bowl. Everyone loved it.

We love this dip! I've actually never layered it, but always just mix it all together (makes an easy recipe that much easier!). I use a can of regular salmon and add liquid smoke. I've also used red, white or green onion and it doesn't seem to make much difference, although I think I prefer the green onion the best.

This dip tastes awesome and is easy to make. I took it to a New Years Eve party and it was a big hit. Even my husband that doesn't like or normally eat salmon loved it.
