What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread, softened

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

env. (1 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained, chopped

1/2

cup chopped red peppers

Make It

MIX cream cheese spread, sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl until well blended.

STIR in remaining ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

SERVE with assorted cut-up vegetables.

Easy to make but pretty blah. I took it to a family event and very little was eaten. Not much flavor.

Really good taste and balance of creamy and crunchy texture. A little thick for a dip but great as a spread. I did add a clove of minced garlic with the vegetables. Good stuff!

This is a great, simple recipe. It's been a huge success for me at parties and potlucks alike. To add a little extra flavor, I substituted garden vegetable cream cheese. Delicious!!!

I MADE IT WITHOUT THE RED PEPPER====I MADE ANOTHER TYPE OF DIP EARLIER WITH RED PEPPER AND DIDNT LIKE IT SO I DID NOT PUT IN THIS ONE AND IT WAS VERY GOOD
