This was great. The creaminess of the philly cooking cream gave it a great richness and flavor, and the tomatoes provided a nice pop of flavor to contrast with the potatoes.
I added some turkey bacon (10 strips), as well as some green onions and cilantro. Each of these were great additions to the salad.
If I were to temper with one thing on the actual recipe it would be to raise the level of Italian dressing from 1/4 cup to at very minimum 1/2 cup. The flavor just didn't come through for me. At any rate though this turned out great and is worth a try.
