This is a fast, easy Banana Bread with a twist. I added about 3/4 of a very ripe banana and about 10 dates chopped into small pieces to the banana bread mix. It was so yummy. I will make it again and plan to try different Bread mixes.

This recipe was definitely a hit with my teenage son. He enjoyed the it for an on-the-go breakfast. Next time I'll be sure to add a ripened banana to boost the nutritional value and add some homemade flavor.
