Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Horrible. raw onions, pepper and roast beef?! does not make a cheesesteak! please save your reputaion and remove recipe.

Delicious! Easy all family loved it. A great brown bag sandwich to spice up lunch if a microwave is available.

My husband loved this quick and easy version of a cheesesteak sandwich. The first time I made it I used Velveeta but the second time I just sprinkled grated swiss cheese on top (what we had on hand) and he loved that taste more!

I made this for me and my husband. I thought it was missing flavor.

These were good, even though I had to sub roast turkey (the deli in the local supermarket was out of roast beef). I subbed Provolone cheese for the Cheez Whiz. I concur with other reviewers who think Steak-Ums would be good in this. Mine turned out a bit salty due to the meat I used. Also, I cut back on the meat--1/4 lb. of meat per sandwich is too much.

Super Quick!!! Needed more taste though...I'll add garlic salt next time. I used provolone and liked it better. I'm gonna try flank steak or steak umms next time.

My family & I think this is a fun dinner. It also makes a good brown bag lunch -if you have a microwave at work.
