Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG! OMG! my favorite dip- with a couple additions. I have made a dip similar to this for the past 4 football season. my boyfriend and his friends devour it. here are my variations. I spread cream cheese over a glass baking dish (9 by 13) Then I add minced white onion over the cream cheese to add some flavor. (usually a small to med-onion) Then spread chili (I use the canned stuff w/out beans) Add sliced Jalepenos if you like it spicy on top of that. And then top with Mozzarella or Monterey Jack Cheese Then, stick it in the oven at 400 for about 7 min or until cheese is bubbling. So good. I Want to go make it now! I use tortilla scoops or chips instead of crackers. So yummy. I want to make it now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This has been a long time staple in my family. This has been a long time staple in my family. Whether you're going to a party or just having a cozy night in with family or friends (or by yourself!), this dip is sure to please. I've also tried adding a layer or refried beans to it. Cream cheese smoothed into a glass pie dish, layer of refried beans, layer of chili (ironically, I prefer the no bean variety), healthy layer of shredded cheese & microwave till melted. Serve with some sturdy tortilla chips for ample dipping. ENJOY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I literally JUST got done eating this for the first time. I literally JUST got done eating this for the first time. It is delicious! It was so good, I had to call my mom to tell her about it. I spread the cream cheese out in my small casserole dish, then put my favorite Armour Chili with Beans over it & topped it with a cup of mild cheddar. I had it with Fritos Scoops because I'm tired of crackers. (I have an 11 month old who LOVES crackers.) YUMMY!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this as a dip to take to a party. I made this as a dip to take to a party. The men loved it! I put it in a baking dish mixing 1 can of chili and 1pkg of cream cheese then layered with chili on top. Heated it in the oven. I topped it with the cheese right before leaving, while it was still hot. I also served it with corn chips. I was a hit and very simple to fix!! I will include this in my recipes as a great party food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dip for a super bowl party. I made this dip for a super bowl party. Everyone loved it! I made it like a layered dip leaving the edges of each layer showing. I also made the layers thin. I didn't have the spice to top it with though. It tasted fine without it. Visually, it did need something green. I think chopped chives would look and taste well. I served it with Ritz and Wheat Thin crackers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Stars for Quick, Easy, & Delicious! 5 Stars for Quick, Easy, & Delicious! Have fixed it twice, once as directed in recipe, and found it better if you spread the cream cheese into a serving dish then top with remaining ingredients. We served with tortilla chips. Carried to a women's social and it got rave reviews along with several recipe requests! I'll make this one again & again!

I have actually been making this recipe for years, for my family and coworkers and everyone that i have made it for has then made it for their families because its so simple and good! The only difference is that i heat it in the oven because it melts the cheese on top better and i serve it with tortilla chips or doritos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is very easy, quick and good. This recipe is very easy, quick and good. But I have made it and instead of leaving the brick of cheese whole, I have softened it and spread it on a microwaveable or oven safe plate and then put chili and cheese on top of that and put in oven or microwave for several minutes and then served with Fritos.
