Place completely unwrapped package of Neufchatel in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of Neufchatel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The combination of the ingredients is delicious! The combination of the ingredients is delicious! It was so quick and easy, and great to make for last-minute company. However, the cheese was a bit stiff on the bottom for my taste. It was a bit hard for guests to help themselves, since it didn't flow nicely off the spoon. I will definitely make this again, but may thin out the cheese a bit with some milk and a hand mixer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so good! This was so good! I took it to a birthday party and we were scraping the dish for more. Another review said the cheese was stiff on the bottom, so I mixed the cream cheese with a little milk and beat it with a mixer and that made it much easier to 'scoop' without breaking the crackers. I think I gave the recipe out to 4 people!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is great! This is great! It's easy and tasty. I always double because it goes so fast. To avoid the hard cream cheese I mix half regular block cream cheese with half of the whipped. I also like to add a little feta to the tomato, cucumber and onion mixure. It tastes great with red wine vinegrette as well as the greek dressing.

I would definately make it again and I took the advice from the other reviews and added a little milk to the cream cheese.
