What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

1/2

cup chopped seedless cucumbers

plum tomato, chopped

Tbsp. finely chopped red onions

Tbsp. KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

SPREAD Neufchatel onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.

MIX remaining ingredients; spoon over Neufchatel.

SERVE with WHEAT THINS Original Snacks or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

How to Soften Neufchatel Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of Neufchatel in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of Neufchatel.

This is great! It's easy and tasty. I always double because it goes so fast. To avoid the hard cream cheese I mix half regular block cream cheese with half of the whipped. I also like to add a little feta to the tomato, cucumber and onion mixure. It tastes great with red wine vinegrette as well as the greek dressing.

This is delicious!! I used balsalmic vinaigrette instead of the greek and it was great. I took it to a party and it was gone in a flash. Will definitely make again.

I've made this more than once ... it gets devoured each time. It's an easy recipe that tastes fresh and fairly healthy -- a nice alternative to some heavier appetizers.

I've made this three or four times and people just stand around munching until its gone. I make it everytime I need a simple, yet tasty dish. Great with Wheat Thins!

I made this recipe for an office party and added sliced black olives and chopped salami. I added an extra tablespoon of dressing. Everyone asked for the recipe. I will make it again for the holiday.

I made this for a family Christmas gathering and it was gone within a few hours. We made it again for a New Year's Eve party and again it was one of the first ones gone.
