I used a few of the modifications - 2TBS of Horseradish, 2 TBS of Mayo, 1 TSB of Worcestershire, and Old Bay seasoning. It was very good and had a great flavor. The only thing that I would do differently is to spend the extra time chopping the shrimp by hand and not using a food processor. The shrimp was a little too small and made more of a paste than I would have preferred. Really good for it being the first time I made this. I'll definitely try it again! It tastes great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this dip for a birthday party over the weekend and it was a hit. Made this dip for a birthday party over the weekend and it was a hit. One small change the next time I make it would be to whip the cream cheese with a few tsp. of milk before spreading or use the whipped cream cheese to begin with. I did add a little horseradish to the cocktail sauce. Our crowd likes it spicier and it was perfect with mellowness of the cream cheese.

It was so easy to make. I added a heaping tbsp. of horseradish to the cocktail sauce. It added the extra zip I was looking for. I'll definately be making this again. Great recipe!

Could be the brand of cocktail sauce I used as I know each one tastes a little different. But right now I can say I really don't recommend this recipe to others.

I mixed it all together instead of layering, used the imitation crab recommended and used regular onion minced since I didn't have any green onions. People raved about it, asking for the recipe!

I tweeked the recipe a bit by adding Old Bay seasoning to the cream cheese before adding the shrimp and cocktail sauce. It adds great flavor, and I have friends that insist that I make this when I entertain. Great recipe!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My guests yesterday loved this recipe! My guests yesterday loved this recipe! I did add Old Bay, a dash of Worcesterhire sauce. Also, I always use shredded Parmesan cheese, never grated. Served with Tortilla chips & there was very little left.
