PHILLY Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

1

jar (7.5 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.

MIX spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese and garlic powder until well blended; spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through. Serve with WHEAT THINS Original Snacks.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Spread onto bottom of pie plate, then continue as directed.

I make this dip all the time and I love it! It tastes delicious hot or cold.

I mixed the cream cheese in with the other ingredients and it was fantastic.

This was a pretty good recipe and was very easy to make. I prefer to not have the cream cheese layer on the bottom...seemed like too much. The flavor was good but I will probably use a recipe with all ingredients mixed together next time.

I put this recipe together and then put it over breaded browned chicken breasts for a yummy meal w/ a salad.

I loved this recipe; however I did make changes that my family and friends enjoyed as well. I mixed it all together, and added chopped jarred jalapenos (1/4 cup), with about 1/4 cup of the juice. It added a kick to it, but not too much as my 8 year old niece loved it! I also recommend putting under a broiler for 5 minutes!

We love this tastey quick and easy way to make this dip. My hubby even asked if I could add a little chopped up cooked chicken breasts to it next time. We love to eat this with round tortillas or pita chips.

So good, i used low fat cream cheese & cheese to save on the calories and fat, its was a hit at my sisters party and they keep wanting me to make it again, i will be making it for an upcoming baby-shower. A+

Delicious! Gives the dip a creamy texture. Suggestion: make sure you drain and/or pat dry the spinach to avoid a watery run-off when serving.

This is a must have at all my parties and gatherings. I also served this with fresh veggies for dipping and it is yummy! I will make it for my Super bowl party tomorrow :)

Good flavor although I used two small garlic cloves minced instead of the garlic powder. But it is dry. I think the suggestion of the other reviewers of using sour cream would definitely enhance this recipe. Wanted to make it in its original form the first time, I will make again but with the SC change.
