    I made this in a matter of minutes when guests arrived. I used whipped cream cheese, and I put a little shredded mozzarella on top. It was delicious with thick tortilla chips!

    This was good, but a little bland. Could use some spice, maybe salt $ pepper, or some minced garlic would be good. Will make again.
