What You Need

lb.  ground beef
6
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
3
 tomatoes, chopped
2
 carrots, chopped
1
small  onion, chopped
1/4
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1
cup  long-grain white rice, uncooked
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

COOK ground beef and bacon in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally; drain. Return to skillet.

ADD next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 25 min., stirring every 10 min. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.

SERVE meat mixture over rice; top with sour cream.

Substitute 2 cups frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and/or cauliflower) and 1 cup drained canned diced tomatoes for the fresh tomatoes, carrots and onions.
