  • Cook ground beef and bacon in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until ground beef is evenly browned, stirring occasionally; drain. Return to skillet.
  • Add next 4 ingredients; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 25 min., stirring every 10 min. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Serve meat mixture over rice; top with sour cream.

No la haria de nuevo como dice la receta desde que soy una niña vi a mi abuela hacer el picadillo lo que le ponia en vez de zanahorias le ponia papas en cuadrito aceitunas ,alcaparras y pasas yo lo hago muy a menudo porque es uno de los platos favoritos de mi familia gracias.

Too many things in it, like a mix of chinese and mexican flavors? It was easy and it deserves to be tried once but none of use finished our plates!
