What You Need

cup  chopped red peppers

 eggs, beaten
2
 multi-grain English muffins, split, toasted
2
tsp.  KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2
 KRAFT Big Slice Hot Habanero Cheese Slices

Make It

COOK and stir peppers in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.

ADD eggs; cook 2 to 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.

SPREAD cut sides of muffins with mayo; fill with egg mixture and cheese.
