I agree with the Make It Easy tip...definatly pat your ham dry with a paper towel and maybe even your pickle. To serve at a party you can cut them thinner and stick toothpicks in them to keep them together especially if you don't have a lot of time to refrigerate. AMAZING!

They are so easy to make, but look like they take a long time. I use a whole pickle and then slice it into circles. I also used green onions and just wrapped the bottom with the meat and cream cheese. They made a wonderful presentation.

It is a very simple appetizer to make and it makes a nice presentation it you add parsley and toothpicks in each one. Instead of just plain cream cheese it adds a kick if you use chive cream cheese.

Not the easiest thing to make since spreading cream cheese isn't so easy but it was very good! I was definitely surprised and even my husband loved them. I am sure I will make them again but maybe warm up the cream cheese to make it easier to spread.

If you don't have time to make them into roll-ups, you can also throw them in a food processor and turn it into a delicious dip for crackers. Enjoy!

I thought this looked good, but after making it, I realize that the ham tasted strange with the cream cheese and Vlassic pickles. I would reccommend deli sliced ham, and definitely Claussen pickles...don't use any other brand!
