  • Place large scoops of cottage cheese mixture in candy cane-shape on platter. Smooth with knife or spatula. Decorate with pepper strips to resemble a candy cane.
  • Serve with remaining pepper strips, sugar snap peas, jicama and crackers.


Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop the cottage cheese mixture into candy cane shape onto platter.
