Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great with added ingredients, too. This recipe makes a great base for other flavor combinations. Try decreasing pimiento to 1 teaspoon, and adding 1/2 packet dry ranch dip mix to it with bacon bits = yum! Another variation add more cheddar, omit pimiento and add seasonings to make jalapeño popper dip (dash Worcestershire, garlic powder, etc). We also make a TexMex version by subbing jalapeños with minced chipotle and adobo sauce. The list goes on and on! And we actually liked the addition of the green onions in the original recipe as it made it taste very fresh.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What? Onions and Jalapenos in Pimento Cheese????? Once I got over the heresy of putting green onions and jalapenos in Pimiento Cheese, I went to the kitchen and tried it. I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually good. Not 5-star good, but good. I'd use it for my stitch group ... and they are super picky about their pimiento cheese.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Very Good This dip/spread is flavorless. I had to add some garlic and onion powder and bacon and it was still not very good. I think I may have been expecting it to taste more like pimento cheese.
