What You Need

can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

HONEY MAID Low Fat Cinnamon Grahams, broken in half (32 squares)

fresh strawberries, each cut into 4 slices

Make It

MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 30 min.

SPOON 1 Tbsp. of the pineapple mixture onto each graham square just before serving.

TOP each with a strawberry slice.

Variation

To serve as a spread, prepare pineapple mixture in serving bowl. Top with 1/4 cup chopped strawberries. Serve as a spread for the graham squares.

Pineapple mixture can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days.

When I've made this, people ask for the recipe. I hate to give it to them because it's so simple. When taking this to a party, I chop up the strawberries and put them on top of the pineapple. Then people spoon it on the crackers themselves.

I made this was very easy.Side point you really do need the strawberries. It taste so much better with all the items. But it was a hit at my recipe party!

This was good but had a weird texture. Also the recipe made way too much. My kids wern't crazy about it.

Totally awesome! I made this for a graduation party, everyone preferred these over the rest of the menu! They continued to make special request for these until I finally ran out!

I made this w/ Sugar/Fat Free Pudding and Fat Free Cool Whip and it was so good! I've had several requests for the recipe. Really easy to make, too.
