  • Thread chicken, peppers and pineapple alternately onto 4 skewers.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup dressing; brush kabobs with remaining dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.

Grilled Rainbow Beef Kabobs

Substitute sirloin steak pieces for the chicken; and cherry tomatoes, onion wedges and mango slices for the peppers. Prepare kabobs as directed, increasing the grilling time to 20 min. or until meat is done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is absolutely delicious! This is absolutely delicious! I will make this time and time again. My husband, who is rather picky, ate every single piece. The only thing that I did differently is cut up the chicken and marinate it in a ziploc bag in the dressing for several hours for extra flavor. I also did this with the cut up vegetables. I also substituted the red pepper with onion pieces. This gave the kabobs an extra kick! Overall, I am pleased with this great summertime grill recipe. Thanks Kraftfoods!

I marinated just the chicken for a couple hours and then chopped it and threaded it onto the skewer. I then served the whole kabob over a bed of lettuce and dressed it with the balsamic vinaigrette; very good!
