Pineapple-Dijon Chicken

This chicken tastes complex but it's not. It's just a mixture of Dijon mustard, pineapple juice and chopped scallions brushed on before broiling.

What You Need

1/3
cup  pineapple juice
1/4
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
  green onion, finely chopped

 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)

Make It

MIX first 3 ingredients until blended. Reserve half the mustard mixture for later use; brush chicken with remaining mustard mixture. Let stand 15 min.

GRILL chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing occasionally with reserved mustard mixture.

Use Your Broiler
To broil the chicken instead of grilling it, place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Reserve half the mustard mixture for later use; brush chicken with remaining mustard mixture. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing occasionally with reserved mustard mixture.
Substitute
Prepare using orange juice or apple juice.
How to Prevent Food From Sticking to the Grill
To prevent food from sticking to the grill, lightly brush the grill grate with vegetable oil before preheating the grill. Or, spray the cold grill grate with cooking spray.
