Pineapple Lemonade Cooler

Lemonade mix made with equal parts water and pineapple juice has club soda added just before serving for a refreshing, fizzy party drink.

What You Need

COUNTRY TIME Lemonade or Pink Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

cups cold water

cups cold pineapple juice

bottle (1 liter) club soda or seltzer, chilled

Make It

MEASURE drink mix into cap just to 2-quart line. Pour into large plastic or glass pitcher. Add water and pineapple juice; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

STIR in club soda just before serving.

SERVE over ice cubes in tall glasses.

I used the pink lemonade and it was good, not too overbearing.

My family and friends loved this drink. I made this for the 4th of July and it was a big hit!! I made it with Lite Country Time and diet soda for myself because I'm a diabetic. It was great! I will definitely make this again.

I made this for New Year's party and everybody loved it,I mixed it in the blender with ice and vodka.Big hit at party will make again.

I made this to serve with the Catalina Chicken. I actually didnt even get to have a glass, I tasted it as I mixed it and I liked it but when I got home from school, it was all gone! I'll have to make some more, my girls loved it! I would serve this especially as an alternate to soda's at a childs party.
