  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, ginger and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1-1/2 cups. Stir into gelatin. Refrigerate 45 to 55 min. or until thickened. Stir in crushed pineapple.
  • Beat Neufchatel, remaining sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over crust; cover with gelatin mixture.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
