So simple and delicious
I used an 8 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (drained). I marinated for an hour but next time would marinate longer. I dumped the whole mixture into a hot skillet and cooked until the shrimp turned pink. I served it over rice. It is tangy, sweet and delicious! I will make this again!!
