Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, papaya or guava juice. Gelatin will not set.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until slightly softened.

I made this with sugar free orange jello and low fat cream cheese. I share it with my neighbors and they thought it was great. Since we are all on diets it satisfied our hunger for a dessert. No oven to use in the HOT summer but a pretty dessert to put on the table. We were all very satisfied.
We thought this was great! I made it with SF lime jello & low fat cream cheese. With the hot summer, it really hit the spot. Will be definitely making again!
