I made this recipe christmas morning for my family. It was very quick & easy! I did change it up a bit however... I used the egg in the corn bread mix, crushed & chunk pineapple and I used real brown and serve pork sausage that I browned in a pan first and drained the fat. It was a nice combo of sweet & salty which my family likes so needless to say it went fast.
