What You Need

flour tortilla (6 inch)

Tbsp. pizza sauce

1/4

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Tbsp. chopped tomatoes

Tbsp. chopped green peppers

Make It

SPREAD tortilla with pizza sauce.

TOP with remaining ingredients; fold in half. Place on microwaveable plate.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until cheese is melted.

Prepare as directed, but do not microwave.

Add chopped leftover cooked chicken to the other filling ingredients before microwaving as directed.

My husband and I loved this and it was so easy. I love that there is no cooking involved except for the microwave so it is perfect for hot days. I subbed out the peppers and the tomatos for my husband with pepperoni and mushroom instead (he hates peppers and tomatos). I used tomatos, mushrooms, and pepperoni on mine instead of the peppers and it was awesome. This meal is very easy to make and very yummy!!!!

We love this quesadilla! I made it with just green pepper, onion, fresh sliced mushrooms, moz. cheese & pizza sauce and it was a delicious meat-free meal. The kids loved it too!!

To make it really lunchbox friendly (i.e. less messy!), I made the quesadilla with cheese and pepperoni and saved the sauce in a little bowl for dipping. Kids love to dip and the cheese holds the quesadilla together great! My 2 year old loves these things.

I made this for my son to take for his school lunch. He's such a picky eater, he has a very limited selection of foods he'll eat from home. This was a great idea and he loved it
